Luboš Král - R&D projects, projects coordination, startups…has more than 11 years experience in delivering outsourced ICT development services, provided as long-term cooperation and business partnership. He was responsible for businesses development and project cooperation in the area of mission and life-critical systems and technology transfers for newly created products.
Customer’s locations were mainly Europe and USA. Business partner domains were from producers of medical devices (Medtronic), telecommunication systems for airports, railways and navy (Frequentis), automotive (Teradyne, Bosch) and others.
Beside that, he is also experienced in organization of partner programs in applied research under EU projects and Czech industrial projects funded by EU and Czech government. This involvement includes cooperation with Czech Universities and their research teams. The University cooperation included also participation in start-up companies utilizing technology transfer from research to product and market.
Lubos Kral holds engineering and PhD degrees from the Czech Technical University in Prague.
Jan Němeček - R&D projekty, specialization to legal affairs and contractual negotiations…since 1991, Jan was working on several projects and he was part of negotiation groups preparing and realizing company takeovers and merges, acquisitions and investment projects. He was working Czech and multinational clients (western Europe and Russia) from the banking sector and energy industries.
Zuzana Šochová - R&D projects, specialization to trainings and coaching… has over 11 years of commercial experiences in IT, beginning as a software designer/engineer and moving up into project management, program management, and into executive management at a company provides SW services for international customers (USA, Germany, Austria, Great Britain, …). The field of experience comes mainly from mission critical and life critical sectors – i.e. air traffic control management systems, extensive healthcare applications, and public safety systems.
She is also a founder of the Agile Association of the Czech Republic offering consultancy of agile and management. Along that, she participates in conferences and events around the world. It includes contribution to the Czech Technical University agile project management programs and irregularly to IT magazines about agile and project management.
Zuzana is currently providing consultancy and training services in the are of project management and Agile practices.
Zuzana holds engineering degree from CTU in Prage and MBA degree certified by the Sheffield Hallam University.
Etienne Samoura - R&D projects, networking, startup projects
…was working at TIC CTU Prague (formerly BIC CTU), he has held the positions of a professional consultant, advisor for small and medium-sized enterprises; of the Head of Dept. of Transfer of Technology and Information – consultancy and project management, proposals of national and international projects. For a period of six months, he was the Acting Director of Business Innovation Centre (BIC) of CTU Prague
Holds a certification of Agency of the Czech Republic for Business Development and the United Nations Industrial Development Organization, for the issue of small and medium-sized enterprises and management consulting.
Etienne Samoura graduated from the Czech Technical University in Prague, Faculty of Electrical Engineering, majoring in Economics and Management. He received the Master 2 M.A.E. degree after having completed a postgraduate course on Master Management et Administration des Entreprises at L’Institut Franco-Tchèque de Gestion, the University of Economics in Prague and Université Jean Moulin Lyon 3.
